We asked you to check on the list if we had our friend on it and it tooks you hours to tell us NO!
Then we waited 45 minutes in a queue to realize that people had ticket in their hand and us NO!
We asked you what it was, you answered and then we realize that we couldn't go because we were not in the list! YESssssssssssss!
I asked can we get in, you said NO your not on the list! I said usually we don't need! You said NO! And you told me some rubbish!
